A peek into the future –

CINEA works with green solutions by using recyclable wood and glass materials. Design elements are introduced as green walls and green roofs. New Innovations takes its place  Sustainability, energy efficiency and green thinking are also increasing with organic and dynamic forms, efficient placement of buildings, various and rhythmic shadow and lighting solutions and human-oriented design. 

 In addition, it creates a futuristic and respectful design language Sustainable high-rise buildings and green oasis in the heart of Stockholm 

CINEA has developed one of the future projects in Stockholm Västra City. A project for debate on the development of Västra City It is a project that proposes an expansion of central Norrmalm and Vasastaden in Stockholm by covering the railway tracks that run along a canal from Tegelbacken to Karlberg.

The new area will have a varied urbanization with offices, housing, retail premises and cultural activities. It should be built in harmony between users, the city, culture, climate, nature and economy

In addition, this proposal would improve the overall ecosystem of the city and the well-being of its inhabitants.
CINEA 

The project would consist of two steps.

The first created a green line along the canal and formed a green area, an oasis in the middle. This would develop a place for relaxation and recreation, an element of the city that takes care of minimizing a carbon footprint.

The second stage would include the design of a new area with high-rise buildings in wood, a sustainable solution that would give a challenge something new in Stockholm's future environment.
